The Meredith Town Court convenes every Wednesday at 5:30PM in the Meredith Town Hall. The Court hears traffic violations, small claims, and misdemeanors. In addition, it convenes as necessary for felony arraignments and hearings.

The Town Justice is elected for a four year term. The Current Town Justice is William Field. The Town Court Clerk is Amy Lieberman.
