Taxpayers who object to their assessments are encouraged to meet with the Tax Assessor. If not satisfied with the assessment, the property owner has a right to file a grievance, which is then heard by the Town Assessment Review Board on the forth Thursday in May.

Applications for exemptions or reductions for seniors, STAR, veterans or agriculture are available from the Tax Assessor's office and should be filed before March 1.
